What is Afyacall Service?
It is a service that provides the customer with various health tips including various symptoms of diseases, how to protect yourself and advice through Short Message "SMS" (short text message) and "IVR" (short voice recording message). Vodacom Afyacall also has a third service which is the service of calling and talking to the doctor directly
What kind of service will the customer get on Afyacall?
The customer will be able to get extracts of various diseases along with their symptoms, prevention and counseling tips through SMS and IVR. The customer can also call the number 0900011111 and be able to speak directly with Afyacall doctors and get professional health advice. The customer can also call on behalf of another person, or want to know more about any additional health issue.
How to join the Afyacall service
TEXT Service
➳To receive health tips via SMS twice daily, send text: AFYASMS to 15723.
VOICE Service
☢ To listen to your choice of health information from Afyacall's wide selection of topics (up to 2 episodes daily), send text: AFYAIVR to 15723.
DOCTOR'S CALL Service
☏ To speak directly with a medical doctor, send text: AFYADOC to 15723.
☢ To access any of the above services, simply call 0900-011-111 (toll free) and follow the instructions as you make your selections.

For TWO highly informative health tips (morning and evening) @TZS150/day
✪ VOICE Service (IVR)
For up to TWO deeply engaging health information episodes of your choice in audio format @TZS300/day
✪ DOCTOR'S CALL Service (Live Call)
For access to speak directly with one of Afyacall's team of qualified medical doctors, there are two options.
Option 1: Pay Subscription
@TZS 200/day for 1 minute , which if unused, talk-time can be accumulated over a number of days (up to 30 days).
Option 2: Buy Bundle
For 15mins @ TZS 3,000 within 7 days.
For 10mins @ TZS 2,000 within 7 days.
For 5mins @ TZS 1, 000 within 7 days.
How to Unsubscribe from Afyacall service
Send the word "ONDOA AFYASMS" to 15723 to unsubscribe from the SMS service.
